For lithium battery,safety is the most important. Benergy control the quality strictly to insure our lifepo4 cells and packs are safe and stable in performance.
Firstly, we test all the cells and do capacity grading after cell finished production.
Secondly, before shipping, Benergy test and record the testing data and will send customers the capacity, voltage, IR testing data.
If customer need battery packs, we will also match the lifepo4 battery pack with the closest capacity, voltage and IR. And then test the whole battery pack after pack matching.
Thirdly, besides the normal production tests and before shipping tests, Benergy also select some cells ramdonly and did many extrem limits tests to insure the safety of our cells.
Please DO NOT do the below tests without professional guidance and in special laboratory for lithium battery testing!
A. Nail Penetration Test
Testing method: Fully charge the cell by standard charging current and put the cell into the explosion-proof box. Use a steel nail with diameter of 3mm and acupuncture the cell and pass cross the central part in ≤1S. After pull the steel nail after 10 min, the cell does not get on fire or explosion. B. Impact testing
Testing method: Fully charge the cell by standard charging current and put the cell on the impact flat, A Φ15.8mm±0.2mm bar is to be placed on the center of the cell.A 9.1kg±0.1kg weight is to be dropped from a height of 610mm±25mm onto the cell.Benergy Lifepo4 cell does not get on fire or on explosion.

C. Heating test
Testing method: Fully charge the cell by standard charging current and put the cell into heat box. The temperature of the heat box is to be raised at a rate of 5℃±2℃ per minute to a temperature of 130℃±2℃ and remain for 30min at that temperature. Benergy Lifepo4 cell does not get on fire or on explosion.
